How do I get a refund, store credit or exchange?

Once your request is received, we will endeavor to provide you a response within 2 to 3 workings days.
What items are returnable?
At Picnic Mantra, we want you to love your online order. If you decide you would like to return it, refund orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Items must also be unopened, unwashed, unused and it must be in its original packaging as you received it.
What items are non-refundable?
Sale items and Gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
The item I received is damaged!
Our products go through multiple stages of quality control checks before being posted out to you. On the rare occasion if your item arrives faulty or there is missing item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.
All faulty, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please also provide Full Name, Order Number along with images of the faulty item. The item must then be returned to us within 7 days after the fault has been reported so we can inspect the damage.
Please be advised that signs of wear does not mean the item is faulty. This could include but not limited to, colour fading, pulling of the threads or fabric deterioration.
Please follow the care instructions for your item. Once we have assessed your item and confirm that it is faulty or has missing item(s), Picnic Mantra will replace or refund your order, as well as refund the cost of the shipping. The return post needs to be regular registered post and the receipt for shipping needs to be provided for a full refund.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items on full priced items only. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please note, that cost of shipping is at your cost.
If your order includes any promotions, codes and discounts it will not be eligible for an exchange, unless for faulty items.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
I haven't received my order?
If your order has been confirmed as delivered but was not received, please check in with your neighbors or the local postal pick up point to ensure it was not mistakenly delivered. If you are still having issues locating your items, please contact the local postal pick up point as it may be held there.
If your order has not been found after corresponding with your local postal pick up point please contact us at email@example.com. Missing orders must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery. The quicker you make contact with neighbors and local postal pick up point the easier it is to trace your order.
